Our Mission

The Center for Learning and Autism Support Services, Inc. (CLASS) is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those with autism and neurodivergent individuals. We utilize the latest, evidence-based best practices to enhance each individual’s quality of life. Our goal is to ensure that each individual we serve graduates our program with optimal outcomes that promote more socially significant behaviors using a person-first approach in the least restrictive environment. We are committed to providing effective, equitable, quality services using a cultural humility framework.

See below for ways we have committed to continued growth towards our mission:

  • Hiring: CLASS recruits candidates who not only possess the qualifications to implement treatment, but who bring their individual interests, passions, and identities to the CLASS team. We believe when everyone has a seat at the table and a chance for their voice to be heard that we can accomplish more.
  • Work Culture: CLASS fosters a mission-driven and innovative work culture where ideas are encouraged to be shared so new initiatives can be designed and implemented. We cultivate an inclusive safe space for team members to continue their professional development and impact the lives of more families.
  • Client Dignity: CLASS participates in continued review of current research regarding client dignity. We provide psychoeducation to team members and families on person centered planning and the inclusion of clients in forming treatment goals. We provide education on increasing tolerance and acceptance of qualities that make individuals just that – individual.
